Robustness Principle

Be conservative in what you do, be liberal in what you accept from others.

Set your expectations appropriately such that you’re not disappointed when what you receive from others is below your own standards.

Be charitable and assume the best of others.

| Insight

Success often comes from the accumulation of small, consistent efforts.

Challenge: Identify a goal you have and break it down into smaller, daily actions that can contribute to your success.

Example: Saving money by cutting out small expenses, improving health through daily exercise, or enhancing skills through regular practice.

| Quote

Leonardo da Vinci, a polymath and master of the arts, on the role of curiosity:

"Learning never exhausts the mind."

Interpretation: The pursuit of knowledge invigorates the intellect, and our minds are capable of ceaseless growth and discovery.

| Question

As you look at your goals for this year, consider which of these align most closely with the person you aspire to be. How do these goals reflect your deepest values and desires?
